This stark black and white photograph was taken at Titanic Belfast, Belfast, Northern Ireland. 

Rather than take an obvious picture of the titanic building itself Mathieu saw beauty in the composition of the rain-slicked ground and the reflections captured withing of the dark moody sky and symmetrical features seen from the building looking out on a stormy day.
