Eye of the Green Iguana - Oil painting by Robert Spotten

This large square painting of the detail of the eye of a green iguana is a masterpiece executed by Robert Spotten. Green, orange, turquoise blue, purple make a wonderful colour ensemble which would sit well in any modern house. A rise in sea level due to climate change has led to the loss of nesting ground and habitat as well as the settlement of humans on their breeding grounds.
