Delivery Policy

We aim to ship your order within 3 days of receiving your order, we despatch orders from Thursday to Saturday. In case your order is out of stock, and as we deal with handmade pieces, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative, a new delivery date (usually 2 to 3 weeks) or a full refund.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • UK delivery is free for orders over £50
  • We always use an insured signed for service
  • Delivery for items under £50 is charged at £12.00

  • We will try our best to deliver your order on time and we are working closely with our courier partners to provide visibility on any changes to our service. Unfortunately, due to the current situation we cannot guarantee your delivery will arrive on time and apologise for any delays.

Click and collect

  • Click & Collect to the Puffin Gallery, 44 Ann Street Ballycastle. Orders will be ready within 2 hours of purchase during opening times (Thursday to Saturday - 10am to 6pm)
  • Local delivery (within 10 miles of Ballycastle and Coleraine) will be delivered between 6pm and 8pm Thursday to Saturday. Please call us during opening hours to view our current stock via video link.

  • Items may not be in stock at the time of order, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know; your options will include: an alternative, a new delivery time or full refund.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY OPTIONS

Carriage for overseas deliveries will be fulfilled by courier. Delivery costs outside the UK are dependent on the destination country, size and weight of the items.

Please note that some products are not available for international delivery. this can be due to reasons such as legal restrictions or logistical limitations that prevent us from sending products outside of the UK. If there is a problem, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order and offer either an alternative or a full refund.
When we will provide the products: we will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Please contact us if your delivery has not been received within the dates described. Items are despatched from Thursday to Saturday.
We are not liable for events outside of our control: In the event that we are unable to meet the delivery within the expected dates because of events outside of our control, we will contact you to let you know with a revised delivery date and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.Provided we do this, we sill not be liable for delays caused by the event.
If you are not in when the product is delivered: If the delivery service is unable to successfully deliver your order, a card will be left so that a re-delivery or collection from a local depot can be arranged. 
Customs, duty and import charges: You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer. For international returns the customer should clearly mark the package as "returned British goods" to avoid any duties. we have no control over these charges and are unable to predict if they are to go up or down in value. 
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the EU.
