This abstract Escher-esque Black and white photograph was taken at Victoria Square, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
The building architect was inspired by Escher when designing the interior of the otherwise normal Shopping mall, the arrangement of the escalators is odd and deliberate to evoke the spirit of M. C. Escher's House of Stairs. Being a fan of the original Artists work it wasn't long before Mathieu became obsessed with this piece of functional installation art and began photographing it from multiple angles, one such presented here, incorporating his own obsession with reflections.
This interesting black and white abstract photograph comes in ash black frames with white mounts as 12x8 in or 20x16 and 2 in Canvass wrap in15x10 in, 20x20 in or 30x20 in.
